Payment must be made in full within 14 days of booking or, at the time of booking if the arrival date is less than 14 days from the date of booking.
The booking is binding on receipt of payment.
Cancellations
With cancellation protection cover (10 % of the total price) – 100 % refund if cancellation is received by us before 10 a.m. on the day of arrival. We are not able to offer any refund if a cancellation is received at any time thereafter.
Without cancellation protection cover – 100 % refund less an administration fee of SEK 500 if cancellation is received by us no less than 14 days before the date of arrival. We are not able to offer any refund if a cancellation is received at any time thereafter.
